I. General Information
1. The online store Loliparadise.com is operated by the company FOUMA KAMIL LAREK based in Poland, Wielewska 2/10 89-600 Chojnice, NIP: 5552124211, REGON: 384972725.
2. The store sells anime-inspired clothing through the website available at: https://loliparadise.com.
3. Contact with the store is possible via e-mail: contact@loliparadise.com and through DM messages on Instagram: @loliparadise_society.
II. Definitions
1. Terms and Conditions – these terms and conditions of the online store loliparadise.com.
2. Store – the online store available at https://loliparadise.com.
3. Seller – the owner of the store, the company FOUMA KAMIL LAREK based in Poland, Wielewska 2/10 89-600 Chojnice, NIP: 5552124211, REGON: 384972725.
4. Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, which the law grants legal capacity, who places an Order within the Store.
5. Product – clothing available in the Store.
6. Order – the Customer's declaration of intent submitted via the Store, aiming directly at concluding a sales agreement for the Product with the Seller.
III. Purchase Conditions
1. All product prices listed on the website are gross prices (include 23% VAT).
2. The Customer can place orders during the presale period (drop), usually scheduled for 4 days a month via the website https://loliparadise.com.
3. Sales information is available on the information bar on the website and on Instagram: @loliparadise_society.
IV. Prices and Payments
1. Product prices are given in Polish zlotys (PLN) and are gross prices. There is also an option to view currency conversion to US dollars (USD), euros (EUR), or British pounds (GBP). The conversion is performed using the exchange-api and rounded to a rounded amount ending in .99. Payments are made in Polish zlotys (PLN), which can be converted using Stripe or PayPal payment methods. The prices of the Products listed in the store do not include delivery costs. The total Order cost, including delivery costs, will be provided to the Customer before the final submission of the Order by clicking the "Pay" button.
2. Available payment methods:
- Przelewy24 (blik, quick transfers, Mastercard and Visa credit cards)
- PayPal
- Stripe (Mastercard and Visa credit cards)
3. Payments are made electronically and securely.
4. The Seller reserves the right to change prices and delivery costs, especially in the event of changes in price lists of services provided by the entity carrying out deliveries. This point does not apply to Orders that are in progress.

V. Shipping
1. Shipping options:
- InPost Parcel Locker: 11.99 PLN
- InPost Courier: 14.99 PLN
- International shipping - availability and price depending on the region; the exact amount will appear when choosing the address during the purchase process.
2. The store does not ship cash on delivery.
3. Delivery time is provided in the product description on the website (usually 2-3 weeks).

VI. Returns and Complaints
1. The Customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.
2. To make a return, the purchased goods must be sent back along with the completed return form to the parcel locker WAW178M (shipping details: phone number: 539298085, email: contact@loliparadise.com, parcel locker: WAW178M). The goods must be in an undamaged condition, with tags not removed and without stains.
3. Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package by the store.
4. The store will refund the equivalent of the returned goods' price without shipping costs.

2. Personal data is processed by Shopify Inc., based in Canada, which acts as the processor under the agreement with the data controller.

VIII. Cookies
1. The store uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the website, analyze traffic, and for marketing purposes in accordance with the cookie policy of the Shopify platform and tools from Google and Meta.
2. The Customer can manage cookies through their web browser settings.
IX. Order Placement Procedure
1. The Customer selects the product, appropriate variant, adds it to the cart, and then proceeds to place the order.
2. When placing an order, the Customer is required to provide correct personal and address details.
3. After placing the order, the Customer receives order confirmation at the provided e-mail address.
X. Contract Withdrawal Procedure
1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 days from receiving the goods.
2. To withdraw from the contract, the Customer must inform the store of their decision by sending a message on Instagram @loliparadise_society or to the email contact@loliparadise.com

XI. Final Provisions
1. The Terms and Conditions come into force on June 20, 2024.
2. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
3. The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. The Seller will inform Customers about any changes to the Terms and Conditions on the Store's website in advance.
4. All disputes arising from the implementation of sales contracts between the Store and Customers will be resolved first by negotiation with the intention of amicable settlement. If this is not possible, disputes will be resolved by a competent court in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
